Tagliata di manzo con rucola,grana e aceto balsamico
Sono un’amante della carne, e non potevo non mettervi la ricetta di uno dei miei piatti preferiti: la tagliata di manzo con rucola, grana e aceto balsamico.
Ingredienti:
- due costate disossate e prive del filetto o 500 grammi di controfiletto
– rucola
– scaglie di grana
– olio extra vergine di oliva
– aceto balsamico di Modena
– sale
Preparazione:
La rucola va lavata, tagliata (non troppo) e adagiata come base del piatto. Poi va tolto tutto il grasso dalla carne, che dev’essere poi tagliata in fettine di massimo 3 cm, battute poi con il batticarne.
Nel frattempo dev’essere scaldata la piastra, sulla quale verranno cotte le fettine di carne per circa 8 minuti, e salate. Fatto questo le fettine andranno tagliate a metà, e messe sul piatto sopra la rucola. Un filo d’olio, uno di aceto balsamico, e qualche scaglia di grana e il piatto è pronto!
